Craapy S**ty Service from MTN, Pep Cell and Mobicell Repair

<p>So, few months ago I bought a Mobile Nitro from PeP Cell (phone from MTN) that’s a Phone for my Daughter. Two months Later the Phone just went Blank for no reasons. Took the Phone back to MTN for Repairs a Month later I was told these models of Phones have a well know problem and the phone won’t be repaired but replaced and given a new phone (Same Model). Coolies went back home then again another two months later the second phone goes dead again. I took the phone back to Pep Cell/MTN then again I’m told this is a well-known problem but they will issue the same model (I’m like wait a minute but why if you know its faulty)</p> <p>I call an MTN consultant querying why am being offered the same model if they are aware if the models are faulty. The guy goes on to tell that management is aware of the Problem with the model but they have not made any decisions regarding recalling or reissuing these phones. (What Management, no wonder this same company was fined 5.2 billion dollars in fines recently lack of leadership and management)</p> <p>I let the consultant know that I do not want this brand/model any more I’m told I have no choice. How do you offer something to a customer if you know it’s not working? Recall the damn phone from the market and let Mobicell know you not selling their ****py phones. Instead of forcing phones that you are aware they are faulty to unknowing customers.</p> <p>For heaven sake recall every model of this phone in the market and replace it. I even offered to pay extra to go another brand. But no Gugu from MTN is forcing this craaaaapy phone down my throat because I can’t do anything against a giant like MTN. (I will start by migrating to Vodacom ) another round of retrenchments will come soon cause we pay your salaries and dividends.</p> <p>Surely my Data and my Monthly airtime bill is worth more than the value of this Craapy Mobicell Nitro. Remember Blackberry and Nokia the companies they fell that’s a warning. Junk Status maybe.</p>
