CPU Home fiber cancelation !!!!!!!

I took a home fiber with MTN and cancelled the contract while it was still in the cooling off period returned the rooter to the nearest MTN(Harvest Place in Glen Marais) store which i spend almost an hour trying to get helped got an IRM number even called their called Centre in Jan the consultant (Neo Seemela ) confirmed this will be cancelled as long as i have this number till today no cancelation i get calls every month for collection for what ? and when the consultants call for money when i explain the situation all of them drop the line without attempting to get the details and escalate .........this is unacceptable.
