COVID19 Reduce subscription

Got a msg staring that i qualified for a reduced Covid19 monthly payment.. contracts were amended for 24 to 36 months but my repayment amount is staying the same. Emailed accounts 5 days ago without any luck. Email customer service without any luck. Pathetic service realty
