COVID - really get serious and don' make excuses!!!!

I emailed my signed contract to Pulane Seutloadi on 28.01.21 @ 16h52 for 3 upgrades. On the 29th I was advised the LG devices are not available in the colours requested and I accepted another colour. No word from Pulane. I made various phone calls without the calls being answered, calls returned or emails responded to. I forwarded the addresses for the deliveries again on 02.02.21 and again no word from Pulane. Eventually she answered my call on the 5th at 12h56 and said she will check and get back to me. Nothing once again... this morning I forwarded another email asking when the devices will be delivered and I was told the Samsung is not in stock! What??? I asked when the Samsung will be in stock and once again no word from Pulane...
