Covid-19 assistance

Due to retrenchment and other Covid-19 effects my wife's phone contract is 14 days in arrears. She received a letter advising that the contract will be terminated and all monies including early cancellations fees to be paid within 14 days. They seem to be one of the most understanding businesses in South Africa when it comes to these difficult financial times. Talk about monopolies !!!!
