Coverage Issue
I am very disappointed in the manner Ruben from coverage handled my problem regarding coverage. I explained to him that we are using the above number as a work phone and we are having major issues with the coverage. I asked for the number I gave it to him. He then said that the Westbrook tower has been fixed. I explained to him that I am not in Westbrook I am in Ballito at work and that's where I have an issue with coverage. He then argued with me saying I am not in Ballito I am in Westbrook and refused to be of any assistance with my problem. Is this the way MTN conducts business.
