Coverage in Blue Hills

Around the beginning of Feb I lost mtn signal at my house in Blue Hills. I have had the same account with mtn since we first got cellphones in this country! In resppnse to my complaint, mtn sent me a form to fill in (when a similar thing happened to my husband a while back on Vodacom, they called him and a guy came out to see the problem) !

I got an email reply to my form that said that there is a resident in the area blocking the signal with an ******* boostee and the matter is with ICASA. No mention of when it will be fixed and no other feedback. Other people in the area have been given different stories and excuses! I would like to know the truth, and, more importantly, WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED?
