COVERAGE
Im so disappointed with the service received. Firstly, she refuses to help me, then refuses that I speak to the Supervisor then she drops the call. <br> I cannot believe that it has gotten to such levels, I normally hear people complain about service but I had not experienced such pathetic rude service received from Nolitha ( She refused to give me her surname) at 12:23 when I called to report network coverage by my house. <br> We have a network problem at home and urgently needs someone to please look into this as this has been going on for sometime now. <br> The service received was extremely shocking to say the least!!<br> Im highly disappointed
