Could not get assistance for a **** call!!

I spoke to praticia in customer care after being a victim of a **** and she was extreamly rude and sighed when I was asking questions, she even gave me a wrong number for the ***** department and was told to call customer care back. I confronted her professionalism and she gave me an additional number to call and was basically being taken around in circles. Pathetic company with lack of customer care!! Sort yourselves out.
