Cotract Cancellation

Ive been caling to cancell my contract since July. My calls keep getting dropped or in between calls you get cancelled and have to call and hold for hours. I contacted the call centre numerous times with no help at all. But i still get billed while i send a cancellation request months already. What else must i do to get out my contract???
