Costing not as per contract
On 19 March I renewed two MTN cell phone contracts at Vaal Maal branch. The contracts I signed stated R00.00 Claw Back Fee. On 20 March my service was suspended due to exceeded credit limit. Reconnected on 23-04. Service suspended again on 19 April Same story. Claw back fees reversed on 24 April. MTN deducted R 5909.86 including Claw Back fees of R4678.20 they also suspended my service Yesterday. Spend three hours at MTN Vaal Mall this morning very poor service from all. Still not connected, waiting for a call from a Bella.<br> Stefan v d Westhuizen very *********** and unprofessional. recommended that I go to the bottle store and buy a bottle of liquor to make me feel better. To be honest I did not feel bad and nor did I lose my temper. On top of it all there still appears Blackberry deductions on both my accounts despite having changed to Samsung. The MTN service in our area is also cut when there is load shedding. Shame on MTN.<br> Hannes.
