I did not want to even give it a star but cannot write a review without it. My husband signed up for a new phone and been paying for it but has never received the phone. He asked to cancel the contract but they refused and just said they will send the phone He has still not received a phone is still paying the debit order that he cant cancel and it's been months if not almost a year. After many calls and frustration no solution has been reached. How is this even possible.
