On 25 September 2020, I reported my problem to cancel my mother's (she got dementia) contract that expires. It has been not in use for over a year. Up to date after several attempts over the last year, nothing has been done, except that MTN increases her monthly contributions from R 379.55 to R770.00, even though I complain about it (ref nr. ***)
