I am sick and tired of waiting for these people to respond to my query!!!! How the hell can you charge a roaming call of 4 min for R300 and then go and charge for a 27minute R70????? Its the same damb country that i was calling from and to!!!!! And now im getting no response to know exactly what i was charged for!!! A R3000 bill is no joke and you better get your asses on the phone and call me because i want to know why and how you wil rectify this! Or well just have to take this further! O and by the way your consultants in store at MTN Cradlestone Mall are incompetant and rude!
