Corporate Theft

MTN **** about my upgrade. They promised a watch as part of the deal. They delivered only the phone. When asked about the watch, they denied that it had been agreed to. I referred them to our recorded discussion. Then they wanted me to register with the Samsung App to receive the watch. I refused as I hadn't unboxed the phone yet. Eventually forced me to register on the new phone. But now Samsung offer lapsed. I wanted to cancel the upgrade, but due to the delay threatened me with penalties. Tried to engage with MTN, but they refuse to answer my emails. Filed a complaint of theft against MTN at SAPS, but need the transcript of our discussion. MTN refuse to make it available!
