Copy of contract

Mtn mall at carnival services sucks, I went for my copy of contract last year November assisted by Samson (mtn consultant), I never received a copy. Went again two weeks ago assisted by Nancy, she sent a request to Nkululeko the manager but still no copy of contract received still. I went to the shop several times and Nkululeko is no help at all. The same contract I asked from Mtn east rand mall took fee hours...
