COPY OF CONTRACT

I desperately require copies of both my wife's and mines Contracts as Proof of purchase to get both our phones repaired by Samsung both still under warranty. <br> <br> I have called the call center repeatedly and they are unable or unwilling to assist and just keep pushing me from puller to post. They keep directing me back to the MTN Willowbridge store that has since closed with no forwarding contact details so we are unable to get a copy of our contact or proof of purchase from them directly.<br> <br> Surely a Company such as MTN sould have the resources and processes to give this info to their longstanding customers (I have been a loyal MTN customer for over 20 years. Prehaps I sould start reconsidering my service provider?) Goodness alone only knows how much I have spent with them in this time.
