CONTRADICTION OF STATEMENTS FROM MTN CONSULTANTS!!!!!

My number was hacked on the 11th of March 2026. I phoned mtn and they sent me to the nearest branch, which is Evaton Mall. When I got there they said I should call mtn!! Now I was being played like a yoyo!! I then decided to change the number! But now about 2 weeks ago I learnt that a replacement card on my name was done and a person bought for R9,5k using my Arckermans account. Ackermans wants a proof that my number was hacked from MTN. today at about 12h50 I phoned MTN and spoke to Fezeka Njeto. She opened the system and said she can see activities that took place between the 11th and the 12th of March and said I should go to the nearest branch and ask them to print it for me because she can't email it. When I got to MTN evaton mall, the consultant said there is nothing on the system!! I then called MTN again and this time I spoke to Mbali and she said I should give the consultant my phone to talk to her. As I speak, I was not helped!!! What I fail to understand is how can Fezeka see activities on that date but all of a sudden there are no activities!! This really broke me because I have been a loyal MTN customer for over 2 decades!!! #********s win again!!!
