Contracts

After cancelling a contract within the cooling off period I was advised to continue my payments until cancellation could be finalized after which I would be refunded. At the time I had another contract with MTN this was back in November last year and since been disputing those charges. I still have not been refunded, for year now I call MTN and they always to escalate to billing but nothing ever happens
