Contracts doesn't contain the same benefits! Poor company name

Good day

I find it very concerning that Vodacom and MTN contracts with the exact same brand phone has different benefits.

My sister upgraded with Vodacom and she received a brand new GT Elegant Watch with her new phone as well as a gift that consisted of a Bluetooth speaker.

When I upgraded the only thing that I received was a selfie stick that doesn't even fit into the hauwei p30 pro phone itself. The jack that the selfie stick needs is not available on the new p30 pro.

In regards to these contract they consisted of the same phone (Huawei p30 pro).

This matter is very concerning and gives Huawei and MTN a very bad name. I have been n client to MTN for 5 years. Thus this really angers me!

I think it just fair for all customers to receive the same packet as its the exact phone.

Please can someone respond back to me in regards to this matter.
