Contracts aren’t done with MTN- they outsource it to some weak companies

I would never recommend MTN to any living person. I took an upgrade on my data contract. I changed my mind and now I’m being told I cannot cancel. They give me a number to call some EOS upgrade and now when I call, their phone doesn’t go through.

It took me 5 minutes to get this upgrade but to cancel it is taking more than 7 days.

The final verdict is that I must wait for 10 days and then they will cancel for me at fee.

MTN is the worse service provider and I’m changing this with immediate effect and I’ll tell everyone I know to cancel too.
