******* contracts and flouting POPI act
I expressly asked to cancel my data contract, but it seems they've signed me up for a new one, and I'm supposed to be happy about it because it's costing less than the previous one. And then they ask me how many properties I own. It's none of your business! And they want my permission to have a 3rd party do a credit rating. What for? Their staff are obviously getting bonuses for signing up new contracts, regardless of the customer's wishes. I'm also starting to think that they are selling my info to other parties. My 'new' contract arrived by email, and they've ticked all the boxes for permission for other companies to contact me etc. I believe this is a complete flouting of the Popi act. And therefore *******.
