Contracts

I've been having a phone contract with MTN for some months. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between me and the sales agent. Now my monthly premium is so high, nobody is able to assist me. Every time I call customer service, I'm always getting stories and I'm always being transferred to different people and having to keep on explaining myself. They're the worst 😭
