Contracts

I called MTN mid April to cancel my 2 contracts as 1 was ending end of May and they need at least 20 day notice and the other was just not picking up reception anymore. The 1 was immediately cancelled after going to the Reservoir Hills Mall MTN store, in which they called the call centre and that was cleared,which I had no problem with. I waited till the 1st of June to check up on the second one, and the consultant told me there was no record of notice of cancellation even though both were done together?! i did query this at the mall,i was told that MTN are on strike and its of no use trying the call centre as it just cuts off,and to top it off they still debited my account for June. That will be the last taking an MTN contract. Pathetic service
