Contracts
I have been a valued client for over 20 years. I now want to cancel both my contracts as Telkom has better deals giving 3000min of calls and 1 gb data on a R269 a month contract. I have got NOTHING from MTN in the last over 20 years. Not even a MTN water bottle..:) I would like to know from you what can you do and say to retain me as your loyal customer?
