Contract/Refund- Terrible Service

Don’t know where to start, the level of bad service from MTN is appalling. It took 2 months for MTN to finally cancel my contract after I have successfully returned their packages within their turn around.

Now I am due for a refund, now both internal and external company do not want to take accountability for a refund, after I have submitted all required documents..

I urge everyone, it’s not worth it to take their products…. After this terrible experience, I am not renewing my cellphone contract with them.
