Contracted cancelled
Good day I had a contract with MTN two years ago, I took this contract phone because I wanted to build my credit profile. It was a Sony which I was paying R120 I reached my 24 months MTN Called me to renew I told them I wanted to cancel. I cancelled their contract because I was finished paying MTN. Now after all this time and years a debt collector calls me to say I am owing MTN R1600 what **** is this??? MTN are you so broke that you go around creating false debts on people? After all this time where were you if really you didn't receive my notification to cancel and why will I accumulate credit whereas I was done paying this contract? I need answers you better give me or the walk in I will make in one of your stores will be a very bad one.

This number is now prepaid if then I didn't cancel how did it come about to be prepaid ? Because I don't receive any bundles nor free minutes on this number I cancelled the contract and kept the number to be prepaid. It doesn't make sense for You guys to say i didn't cancel the contract.
