Contract yet no phones / delivery

I app**** online for contracts phones for my teens. I received a call Saturday 28 from a very friendly consultant (I cannot remember her name) and after almost an hour, all t' and c' aside, I was told to wait to hear once the phones are out for delivery. To date besided the email from MTN i have had no further communication. Kindly advise what the hold is on your side. Debicheck was accepted and everthing was good to go.
