Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please be advised that the account is in arrears and cannot be cancelled, however we have converted the number to pre-paid now.
This line has expired 5-8-2015. The account information do reflect that your debit order for May month of R3860.49 has returned unpaid. This amount is outstanding before the contract has expired. You have used the 2GB up that you have received from MTN on the 14-4-2015 every month and used the SIM card further for Internet usage. This usage is from 13-3-2015 until 13-4-2015.
The account balance is now R 4,135.47 and this need to be paid to be cleared up the account. The account is handed over to our pre-legal department. You can send the request to our legal department to assist you with payment arrangement. The email address ***.
