Contract upgrades Ilula a big $%#% up

OKBack at an mtn store, guess what... Still not able to do an upgrade, seriously the worst experience lately. Contract clients are not a priority by what I am seeing, Ilula still a mess up after 2 Weeks!? Nobody understands the system, calls are logged, 1 escalation manager called me and... Nothing. Rediculous service!!!!!!!
