Contract upgraded without my consent and knowledge.

<p>I got the biggest shock when I went to pay my monthly installment on my contract last month. I was informed that I had to pay R500 more, as an upgrade was made on my contract. This was news to me, as I've never agreed to this. My contract expires end of July, and I had no intention of renewing it. Emails were sent to MTN ( with copies of my ID and a sworn affidavit) . I even called their call centre. I was told that a consultant would get back to me soon. Until this day, such has never happend. This is really frustrating, as I never signed up for such on my account!!!!</p>
