Contract Upgraded Without Concent

My contract was upgraded WITHOUT my consent on the 19th of March 2016 (according to the system), I have liaised with numerous people (Kalvin Madondo, Abhashozi, Florence, Courtney Logan and Snegugu Gumbi are a few to mention). Apparently, the matter has been escalated to the ***** department, but I have not been given any feedback. I am unable to upgrade my contract or do anything and am to date not getting feedback. I have been trying to get assistance for more than 3 weeks and am getting frustrated!
