Contract upgrade no clarification on handset specs
For the past 5 weeks I have been trying to upgrade to a handset Sony M4 aqua with a 16gb on-board memory, I have been told by Primrose that there is nothing she can do as they are told to advise the clients that phones come with the lowest memory and if the client receives a handset with a high memory then it is a bonus, this is an inconvenience to me as she has sent me to the courier company to enquire and now I must send an e-mail to her supervisor. I have been spending money to check if a simple answer on the question for on-board memory can be answered to no response. I am disgusted with the service MTN has provided me as I have never defaulted on any payments and expect a high level of service which is hassle free. Please can someone assist urgently
