Contract Upgrade

<p>I have recieved the worst service from MTN with consultant Jenel Reddy who continues to make empty promises. I left numerous messages for a call back to no avail. I upgraded on MTN Direct on the 10th April and today being 10 days later this phone still sits in the warehouse not yet been invoiced out so delivery can take place. I highly doubt this process takes longer than a day to do.</p>
