I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to address a concerning issue with my contract that requires immediate attention and resolution.

On 6/11/2023, at 13:53, I received a communication regarding the need to upgrade my contract, which was set to conclude on 27th November 2023. The correspondence, originating from your team, initially suggested a downgrade to a lower package citing that my current 400 gig price plan exceeded my data requirements. After a thorough review of my data usage, we mutually agreed that maintaining the 400 gig price plan was the most suitable option. Consequently, we decided to extend the contract on the existing plan.

To my dismay, I recently received a notification indicating that I had run out of data—an unprecedented occurrence during my tenure on this contract. Upon visiting an MTN store, I was informed that my contract had been unilaterally changed to a My MTN Choice 100 GB plan, a modification to which I never provided consent.

I am urgently seeking the following resolutions:

Immediate retrieval of the recording of our previous discussion to verify the agreed-upon contract details. Swift correction of my contract to align with the agreed-upon 400 gig price plan. Compensation for the inconvenience caused, including the time lost at work and the additional expenses incurred due to the premature depletion of my internet package. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter, as it has significantly disrupted my work routine and resulted in unexpected financial burdens. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this issue promptly.
