Contract upgrade

I was due for an upgrade and got a call from an Agent who sold me a lie. And now they are taking me from pillar to post. As a result the two routers have been canceled yet I paid for this month. This is a second week without internet because of an *********** agent. I am angry with MTN because I have been with you for years and yet you treat me like this.
