Contract upgrade

I went to MTN Cape Gate after a number of calls that I was due for an upgrade during December . So on the 28 December I went in to find out the phone I wanted was not in stock and needed to be ordered , so after 2 weeks and no contact from them I went in to find out what was happening and was informed no phone yet but they would contact me . Warren the sale person took my number done and said he would contact me in the next couple of days but still no contact ( think it was because he wrote my number down on sc**** paper ). So on the 15/01/18 I went back in and was informed it still had not arrived and could not give me any type of ETA as they don't know when the factory was going to supply them ( poor excuse for any business to run like that). Then on the 17/01/18 I got the call but was asked if I could collect it on the 18/01/18 as it had to be put into stock and he starts work at 11am not a problem one more day . I get at 11am no warren he only starts at 12pm ( Lie I think he was just late) . NOW this is where I have had enough I get told the phone is still not in stock and maybe by Saturday it will be . I have been with MTN since cell phones came out and now I am thinking of changing providers because of this bad service . MTN you need to sort out these issues asap.
