Contract upgrade

I went into the store to upgrade my contract.. The consultant was not very helpful. I also kept on telling her that i want the same package that i currently have, however she kept on offering me something different. I eventually left the store without upgrading. Whilst at home and going through the brochure i decided on a phone (Sony Experia M5), coz the contract is similar to what i currently have. I called the store and was informed that they don't have the phone in stock. I then called other stores and was told the same thing. I finally called the help line to find out how Mtn can advertise the phone and contract when the phone is not launched yet (this is what i was told). I asked the consultant when the phone would be available and whether i would get it at the same amount as advertised. the consultant said that she could not guarantee that ad asked me to call head office on Monday and speak to someone in Marketing. The nr that i was given for head office was ***. The entire Monday i could not get through. Finally on Tuesday i googled the nr and found out that i was given the inc nr. I eventually could not get through to head office, no answer.
