Contract under false conditions!!!!
Hi in January 2018 i went to upgrade my phone at Mtn store in Schoeman street Polokwane i upgrade to a contract that was displayed on page 20 of the yellow trader Jan 2018.
the contract included a Samsung s8 on a Mtn made for me M for R599 a month, and it also stated that the firts two month is on us. so my underastanding was that the 1st 2 month is free.
I took out the contract, The end of February mtn did not deduct any money from my acount as i understand this was the 1st month payment breather, but when the end of march came the deducted the full amount from my account. i phoned customer care to see if the can resolve the problem as i have another month free the gave me a reference number. After 5 days i had a call back and the said that the contract that i took out is not a payment briefer contract. After a phew words going back and forth they said they carnt help me further So i dont under stand on my contract its states that i have a payment briefer, as a result Mtn sold me a contract under false conditions.

The edition you are referring to (on Page 20) was on a January 2018 edition, however
your upgrade for contract number *** was done on the 2017-12-04 which was before that payment breather.

this was upgrade in January 2018 i went to local mtn store where i upgraded as instructed by customer care is spoke to lady that did the upgrade they saw their was a problem the said they will phone me back regarding my refund a week past no response i tried to phone the store but no answer
