Contract to prepaid is impossible
Its easy to get a contract but to move to prepaid thereafter it is impossible. I was on the line for an hour and got nowhere. Being passed onto another person to another, received a reference number from one person ( ********** 85) and then he put me onto retentions who just kept me on hold. I am just stopping my debit order, ****** *******.
