contract termination problems

I decided not to renew my contract after the 2 years were completed. I phone 135 and asked them to go onto prepaid. I was then apparently placed onto a zero contract which is not what I asked for. After many calls to 135 they still failed to correct the problem. The last couple of times I phoned 135 they put the phone down on me and the also refuse to answer any of my emails.
