Contract termination

I am writing this with a very broken heart due to a matter I have been following up since last year the 17th of November 2024. I had a cellphone contract with MTN in which I took at MTN Cresta Mall. I paid off my phone and the lady asked me if I would like to continue with the contract for data and I said no since I wasn’t even using their number all I wanted was the phone. Even after paying off my phone they kept debiting my account for something I didn’t agree on. I app**** for a place to stay and my application was declined due to the fact that I owe MTN. I called them on their customer care and I talked to Gledwin in which he agreed that my contract is cancelled so I’ve been debited incorrectly all this time. He then told me from his position he can’t clear my name and he will put me through to their retention’s department. I was on hold for an hour waiting for someone to talk to to get my name cleared but I couldn’t talk to anyone. Gledwin gave me this reference number ***as prove that my contract was cancelled.
