Contract termination

I have a contract with MTN which ended 20 December 2020. I have phoned numerous time to try and terminate this contract but to no avail. Every time I have to listen to the 2 minute message for UNISA student before I have to choose from their option menu. When I eventually manage to speak to one of their so called service champion. What a joke!!!! It should be NO service champion!!! Once being able to speak to one of these jokers, I have to go through a security check, just to be told I have to speak to retentions. And the now I hold one for more than an hour because the service champions are so busy. I left a message to call me back, and low and behold, I get a call to ask if I would like to upgrade my contract.

I expect MTN to call me back with proof of the cancellation of this contract!!!
