Contract Termination and Refund Due

When my contract ended in March, I contacted MTN to cancel it until after a few months I discovered that they were still debiting my account. On the 7th of July at 12:50 I called again requesting for the contract to be terminated and to be refunded as I destroyed my sim-cards when the contract ended (you can check your records) I spoke to Nandipha Volontiya who assured me that she terminated the contract and she logged a call for investigation so that I can get my refund (Reference number: ***). Again 6 months later I have discovered that they are still deducting money from my account. Now can you please terminate this account, I have been to your shops and not getting any joy, no one can help me. And please refund me. I’m taking this up with the Ombudsman as well.
