I am terribly upset about the service that MTN is giving me, my contract came to an end in January 2015, I called them to tell them that I don't want to renew my contract, but they debited the 2G anyway, I then sent them an email on 9 March 2015 so that I can have evidence that I actually instructed them to discontinue issuing data to me since they haven't listened when I call. A consulted rep**** on the 25th March asking me to confirm the cancellation, which I did, I then asked her what I needed to pay for the data that was given to me even after I told them that I didn't want any data. there was no answer, I tried several times to call MTN to no avail, that's was when the workers were on strike, the phone would just ring and ring. I received an email from lawyers on 19 July 2015 saying that I owe MTN R1550.00 for a 2G data, which normally sets me back R367, how ************ is that? I want MTN to explain to me how I am suppose to pay for their incompetence and why the super inflated price?

Nontuthuzelo Mazwana
***
