Contract Termination
I have been in the process of canceling my 24 month cellular contract for 3 weeks now and still waiting.<br> <br> I've been given two ref. numbers ***, *** where they even said they have accelerated the process due to me waiting so long. MTN's webpage says it takes 3-5 working days where it has been 3 weeks already!! I've also email them for cancelation but still nothing.<br> <br> They make it soo convenient to start a contract but impossible to end! Spare yourself the trouble and do not get an Mtn contract.

We have now perused your account and see that your line was migrated over to prepaid on the 5th of May 2015 at 17:45pm.
The last amount to be debited at the end of May 2015 is R245.00 which was for the invoice dated the 20th of April 2015.
