CONTRACT TAKING MONEY WAY AFTER EXPIRY AND VERICRED PAID UP LETTER PROVIDED STILL DEDUCTING MONEY VERY UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE AND *********** STAFF WHO CANT ARTICULATE AND SOLVE A PROBLEM

I have got a very terri ble experience with MTN and their sales people or accounts department are clueless on handling matters they send you from pillar to post where calls just ring and noone answers if they do they send u in circles to another department also ...very pathetic service.. my issue is like this........... I had an account with MTN in 2019 or so i paid my account in full and I did not know you call to terminate the contract and its not done automatically. They kept on billing my account untill they handed over to vericred a credit bureau or collections centre... They said I owed and I paid in full to vericred and they gave me a paid up later to prove it that i paid in full.. to my surprise now they started deducting money again I called and explaained and i was send to vericred and at vericred they are saying we gave u a paid up later they must no deduct every motnth they are taking money .. This is soo unfair and very unproffesional i submitted all proof still they deducting.. I will never rcomment anyone to take this very useless service provider .. I lost soo much money anyone who can reate to this injustice
