contract taken no fone 10 days runaround
My name is thibi madiega i tookan upgrade on my cell contract with mtn my fone was to be deliveed within 7days i keep calling the call center to find outbwhere is my fone they say its with rtt couriers butbthe courier company says nomfusi at mtn has not authorised my fone to be delivered i just want a straight answer as i am fed up of run around service.<br> <br> <br> <br>

We are truly sorry for the delay with the delivery and for the inconvenience caused.
According to the information on the account, our courier service is still waiting on approval for the device to released. We've now made contact with the management team within Summer Mobile and requested that the matter be resolved as soon as possible.
