Contract Suspended because of mtn's mistake on my account

MTN has given me the worst service. I have a query that has been outstanding since June. Today I wake up ad my contract was suspended. I cant even call MTN to get clarity on what's going on. I have not missed a payment on my contract, I have sent several emails to the following people and still no response or even acknowledgement of my emails ********** ********** ********** ********** **********

Can someone assist I use my phone for work and am stuck as I speak. My number in question is ********** 694.

I will never ever have a contact with MTN. The service for such a big company like MTN is poor.

Looking forward to a response from someone that cares for clients. Surely TCF does not exist at MTN.
