CONTRACT SUSPENDED
Good day

My name is Nonjabulo Silangwe ID No. *** 080. I took a contract phone with MTN almost 3 years ago now. My phone was damaged they have issues in a way that they ended up not repairing the phone, they gave me a loan phone from November till 13 April 2015 which they took it back after returning mine that was never repaired. 30 January 2015 I have sent them a letter for termination of contract which even up to date my contract is not terminated so I have decided to cancel a debit order thinking it will speed up the process of termination with MTN, up to date my contract is still not terminated and my services has been suspended and I owe them R679.40. Please assist with the matter i do not mind paying for what i have used but i suspend the services because i did not want to continue with mtn after they could not repair my phone
